![]() Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Could I choose the text style for my personalized candy bar wrapper? A: Yes, please indicate in your email the text style you would prefer. Q: Could I send an e-mail of the photo or logo? A: Yes, email: simplesweets@comcast.net Q: Could I phone an order in? A: Yes, just have your shipping and payment information ready. Also feel free to call to discuss various options for personalized and customized orders and for a free price quote! Q: Could I see what the wrappers will look like before they are shipped? A: Yes, a proof will be shown to you before final printing. An e-mail or mailing of the proof will be sent to you for review. E-mailed proofs may be slightly distorted and colors may vary slightly. Q: What should be done if the candy bars melt? A: If the bars are left in the heat for a short time, they will get soft. That is not a problem, place them in a cool, dry area. You could put them in the refrigerator, but do not let any moisture get onto the wrappers. Do not place the candy bars in a freezer. Freezing the candy will cause the chocolate to turn whitish and though it will still taste the same, the candy bar will look unappetizing. We reccommend using a cooler in warm weather. Also make sure someone will be available at the delivery address to receive the bars. Q: What is your return policy regarding candy wrappers and/or candy bars and wrappers? A: Wrappers are personalized by you that is the reason for having you proof the wrapper before it is finalized and shipped to you. For this reason there are no refunds or exchanges.
